I know it's been a few months since I posted, but I've been busy working on some new projects.  I did finish the Valentines table topper.  It turned out really cute.

I'm working on a memory game for kids, made from fabric.  I will be selling these at craft shows in the fall.  Also, will be making tortilla warmers to sell in the fall.

Hoping to get more posts on here soon.

Stay tuned.

Valentines Day is getting closer

With Valentines Day coming up I decided my first project will be a heart table topper.  I purchased the kit at a shop hop a couple years ago.  Looks easy enough to make and will be some bright color on my kitchen table for February.

Today, we finally got some significant snow in Green Bay.  I wasn't disappointed that there wasn't snow to this point, but at least now maybe we won't have snow in April like last year.

That's it for this week.  Next week a pic of the finished table topper and my next project.

Have a great weekend!!

Well it's been a long time since I've posted on here.

Now it's a new year and a new blog.  The name is the same, but the posts will be about what projects I'm working on at the time.  They might be sewing projects or craft projects.  I'm hoping that posting will keep me on track to finish projects that I either started or want to start.

Over the past couple of years I've purchased alot of fabric during shop hops.  Along with extra fabric, I also received many project sheets and kits.  Time to get some of these finished, so I can buy more. 😉

I made some Christmas gifts this year, but forgot to take pics. May be able to get a pic or two from the people who received that gifts and I will post later.

I also sell Avon to friends and family.  I will post on products that I have tried and like.

I will be posting on crafts fairs I will be attending with the dates and times.  Hoping to get to more this year as last year I only did 3, 1 in spring and 2 in fall.

That's it for this week....next week I will hopefully be starting a new project.

It's time once again for craft show season.  I will be at 2 craft shows this year.

The first one is a big one at Southwest High School in Green Bay.  It's on Saturday, November 22nd from 10 am until 3 pm.  There is a $2 admission fee.

The last craft show I'll be doing is a small and my first time at this show.  It will be on Saturday, November 29th from 9 am until 3 pm.  This show is at Chicago Street Pub in DePere.  This is the same day and time as the big show at East DePere High School and is just down the street.  Stop in before or after going to the big craft show.  For anyone that doesn't know where Chicago Street Pub is located, it's in the old Swan Club building.

I have a couple of new items this year.  One is tissue covers for those small tissue packages you carry in your purse.  I made one for myself  from directions I found online.  I posted those directions onto Pinterest and had many likes, so decided to make them and sell them.

The other new item is small bowls made from plastic pony beads.  I had originally going to make suncatchers from the beads, but it wasn't working.  I then saw on Pinterest that someone took the same idea, but melted the suncatcher over glass bowls and glasses.  I wouldn't use these for food, but they do make a nice little dish for wrapped candy or any small items.  I have one that right now that I put small plastic pumpkins in.

I will post pics of the items I have to sell soon.

See you at the Craft Shows.

First Craft Show Preview

We set up to see how we would like our display for our first craft show.  We didn't use our table cloths, or set it up exactly, but we made sure all of our products fit on our tables - and saw how we could arrange the tables in the space.  Don't mind the garage mess in the background :)
